Once your proof is approved, your newspapers are prepared for professional printing. At this stage, final quantities, addresses, and details are confirmed, and no additional edits can be made.
Printing & Delivery
Once printed, newspapers can either:
be mailed directly to guests with postage handled for you
or shipped directly to the couple for personal distribution
Then comes the best part — watching your guests experience them!

Raise a Toast
Start by filling out the inquiry form with your wedding details, preferred editions, and a little about your story. From there, we’ll connect to discuss your vision, timeline, and what you’d love to include.
Share Your Story
Once your editions are selected, you’ll receive a more detailed questionnaire where you can share photos, schedules, guest features, love stories, memories, announcements, and meaningful details you'd like woven throughout your newspapers.
You don’t need to be a writer - that’s where we come in!
Writing & Design
Each edition is thoughtfully written and custom-designed in true newspaper style, with layouts, articles, headlines, and personal touches created specifically for your wedding weekend.
A digital proof will be sent for review before anything goes to print.
